Founded in 1897 with its origins in ship repairing and machine tool rebuilding, Samuel Hodge is a privately owned British group of engineering companies, with a long history of supplying quality products world-wide.

The design and manufacture of surface treatment and preparation equipment through Hodge Clemco incorporating Wolverhampton Abrasives manufacturer of Jblast with a wide range of recoverable and expendable abrasives. Based in Sheffield, Hodge Clemco is widely recognised as the UK market leader in portable and industrial shot blasting equipment.

Teknequip based in Harlow, Essex specialise in the machining of all grades of stainless steel and other aerospace and marine related materials found in the manufacture of components for this and other hi-tech industries. Over the last two years the the company has invested in the latest machining capacity to achieve the quality and price expectations of the market place, whilst adhering to strict specifications and tolerances..

RLBS, acquired in its original form by Samuel Hodge in 2002, has since grown into the UK's most diverse supplier of beverage dispense equipment and refurbisher of CO2 and mixed gas reducing valves for the brewing and soft drinks industries. Based in Wrexham, over one million valves have benefited from the very thorough RLBS reconditioning process. Customers including Innserve and Inbev.

Victor Marine renamed in 2005 as a result of the amalgamation of the two sister companies of Victor Pyrate and Hodge Separators who specialise in the design, manufacture and installation of oily water (bilge) separators, gas freeing fans and tank washing equipment for the marine industry. Two of these products have led to Samuel Hodge receiving two "Queens Awards for Export". Victor Marine based in South Ockenden, Essex, has successfully supplied shipyards throughout the world for more than fifty years.

Breconcherry group consists of Breconcherry and BWI, both based in a brand new facility in Ledbury, Herefordshire. Breconcherry specialise in the design and manufacture of tank and vessel washing equipment, used in industries including, pharmaceutical, food and beverage production. The BWI division specialises in tank washing and other cleaning equipment for use in effluent water treatment.
